Hi, I'm Kristin. I make corsages and boutonnières for school formals from my home in Melbourne. The business is called Coosage. Picklo is the system I built to run it.
After years in corporate, I realised I was a frustrated entrepreneur. Coosage started small, grew through word of mouth, and quickly became more than 250 orders.
Early on, I used Etsy. But managing local pickup meant messages, workarounds, and constant back-and-forth. It worked, but it was a lot of admin for one corsage.
So I built something simpler.
Now customers order through one link: they choose their item, select a pickup time, pay, and get reminders. I get a clear list of what to make. No chasing messages.
That system became Picklo.
Coosage has been more than a side business. It's been a safety net. When work has been uncertain, it was still there, giving structure, income, and something to rely on.
That's why Picklo exists. To help anyone with a skill start something of their own, before they need it.
